This privacy policy explains how tidioreviews.com ("the site," "we," "I") handles your information. I run this site as an independent review platform for Tidio. I believe in keeping things simple and collecting as little data as possible.
What data is collected
This site does not have user accounts, login systems, or registration forms. I do not ask you to submit personal information to use the site. The data collected is limited to:
- Web server logs: The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare automatically collects standard HTTP request data including your IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This is standard for any website you visit.
- Analytics data: If analytics are active on the site, they collect anonymized usage data such as page views, visit duration, and general geographic region. No personally identifiable information is tracked through analytics.
- Affiliate link interactions: Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link, the destination service may set its own tracking cookies or log referral data. That data collection is governed by the third party's own privacy policy, not this one.
How data is used
The limited data collected is used for:
- Understanding which pages are visited and how the site is used, so I can improve the content
- Monitoring site performance and uptime
- Identifying and addressing technical issues
- Generating aggregate, non-personal traffic statistics
I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
The site relies on a small number of third-party services:

- Analytics provider — If web analytics are enabled, they operate under their own privacy policy. Any analytics used are chosen for their privacy-respecting approach.
- Affiliate programs — Links to Tidio and other services may use affiliate tracking. Clicking these links means the destination site may collect data about your visit under their own policies.
Cookies

Data retention
- Server logs: Cloudflare retains standard logs according to their own data retention policies, typically no longer than necessary for security and performance purposes.
- Analytics data: If analytics are active, data is retained in aggregate form. Individual session data is not stored long-term.
I do not maintain any separate database of visitor information.
Your rights
Even though this site collects minimal data, you have rights regarding your information:
- Access: You can request to know what data, if any, is associated with you.
- Deletion: You can request deletion of any personal data I may hold.
- Opt-out: You can disable cookies through your browser settings (see the Cookie Policy for instructions). You can also use browser extensions to block analytics or tracking scripts.

Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13 years of age. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through this site, please contact me at privacy@tidioreviews.com and I will take steps to remove it.

I may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes, I will add a notice on the site's homepage. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
