Signing in to Tidio — straightforward, with a few things to know

Logging into Tidio is simple for most users, but I see enough questions about access issues in reviews and forums that it's worth covering the details.


Login URL

The primary login page is:

app.tidio.com

Bookmark this. It's the same URL whether you're an admin, operator, or account owner.


Login methods

Email + password Standard credentials set during signup
Google SSO One-click sign-in with your Google account

If you signed up with Google, you won't have a separate Tidio password — always use the Google sign-in button.


Logging in from other apps

All apps share the same account. You can be logged in on multiple devices simultaneously.


Common login issues

Forgot password

  1. Go to app.tidio.com
  2. Click "Forgot password?"
  3. Enter your account email
  4. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link
  5. Set a new password and log in

The reset link expires after a limited time. If it's expired, request a new one.

No reset email arriving

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Tidio supports 2FA for added security. If you've enabled it and lost access to your authenticator app:
