Tidio Login
Signing in to Tidio — straightforward, with a few things to know
Logging into Tidio is simple for most users, but I see enough questions about access issues in reviews and forums that it's worth covering the details.
Login URL
The primary login page is:
Bookmark this. It's the same URL whether you're an admin, operator, or account owner.
Login methods

If you signed up with Google, you won't have a separate Tidio password — always use the Google sign-in button.
Logging in from other apps
- Desktop app (macOS/Windows) — enter the same email/password or Google credentials. See Desktop App.
- Mobile app (iOS/Android) — same credentials. See Mobile App.
- Chrome extension — sign in once and the session persists. See Extension.
All apps share the same account. You can be logged in on multiple devices simultaneously.
Common login issues
Forgot password
- Go to app.tidio.com
- Click "Forgot password?"
- Enter your account email
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link
- Set a new password and log in
The reset link expires after a limited time. If it's expired, request a new one.
No reset email arriving
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify you're using the email you signed up with (not a different one)
- If you signed up with Google SSO, there's no Tidio password to reset — use Google sign-in instead
- Contact Tidio support if you're still stuck
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Tidio supports 2FA for added security. If you've enabled it and lost access to your authenticator app:
- Use a backup code if you saved one during setup
- Contact Tidio support for account recovery — they'll verify your identity before resetting 2FA
Account locked or suspended
This typically happens due to:
- Multiple failed login attempts (temporary lockout)
- Billing issues on a paid plan
- Terms of service violations
For billing-related lockouts, resolve the payment issue first. For other cases, contact support.
Security features
- Session management — you can view and revoke active sessions from your account settings
- Password requirements — minimum length and complexity enforced
- Google SSO — delegates authentication to Google's security infrastructure
- 2FA — optional but recommended, especially for accounts with multiple operators
Team account tips
- Each operator needs their own login. Don't share credentials between team members — it breaks conversation assignment and audit trails.
- Admins can manage operator access from the team settings panel in the web app.
- Removing an operator doesn't delete their conversation history — it just revokes their login access.
Bottom line
Login is straightforward: go to app.tidio.com, use your email/password or Google SSO, and you're in. The most common issue I see in reviews is people forgetting which email they used to sign up — especially if they used Google SSO. If you're setting up a team account, make sure each person has their own credentials from the start.
