Tidio Website & Account
How to access Tidio online: log in, create an account (no card required), start a 7-day trial, and get going with a simple 5-step setup path.
How to access, create, and evaluate a Tidio account
Tidio is a web-first platform. You log in at www.tidio.com/panel/login — that's where you configure your account and manage day-to-day operations, and you sign up from tidio.com. There's no software to install for the core experience (though desktop and mobile apps exist for operational convenience).

The web app is the primary experience
Unlike some competitors that require desktop software or local installations, Tidio runs entirely in the browser. The web app handles everything:
- Account setup and configuration
- Chat widget customization
- Flow builder and Lyro AI training
- Inbox and conversation management
- Analytics and reporting
- Team management and permissions
- Integration settings
Desktop and mobile apps connect to the same account but expose a reduced feature set. For details, see Download & Setup.
Account basics
- One account per organization — you add team members as operators within a single project
- Multiple projects — available on paid plans for managing separate websites or brands
- No credit card required — the free plan and 7-day trial are available without payment info
- Email and password — accounts use standard email-and-password sign-in
Getting started
The fastest path from zero to a working Tidio setup:
- Sign up — create your account (under 2 minutes)
- Install the widget — add the script to your website
- Configure basics — set operating hours, welcome message, and appearance
- Invite your team — add operators and assign roles
- Evaluate — test with real traffic during the 7-day trial
